Panther’s Eye Roasting Co roasted the first batch in 2010. In the early days, it was just Philip Brown, a coffee roaster, and a stereo cranked way up. He’d roast some coffee, bike around Savannah, and hand out bags to anyone willing to try it. Soon, PERC got a few wholesale accounts and started growing its team.
